HUBUNGAN ACADEMIC SELF EFFICACY DENGAN KEJADIAN ACADEMIC BURNOUT PADA MAHASISWA FARMASI

Academic self efficacy is a paradigm of studying for students that mostly believed to help them in managing time and environment effectively. The decreasing academic student can cause an increasing burnout. burnout exhaustion caused by their study demands, feeling incompetency as stress the other psychological factor. This research aims know relationship between within Undergraduate Program Pharmacy, Health Faculty Harapan Bangsa University. using quantitative methods with cross sectional approach. All pharmacy were involved this respondents. Sampling method used probability sampling proportionate stratified random 190 Research instruments are Self Efficacy Scale Maslach Burnout Inventory-Student Survey questionnaire. result shows medium level (62,1%) well (52,6%). Spearman Rank test there p value 0,000 (p<a).
